Order Confirmation & Processing

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, please allow up to 2 days for us to confirm it.

Order Processing: After confirmation, we’ll have your order ready to ship within 2–4 days.

Shipping Time: Once dispatched, your parcel will typically reach you within 7–12 days, depending on your location.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem — you can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it by emailing us at twinklefashionbykhushi@gmail.com.
Note: A small 4% processing fee will be deducted from eligible cancellations to cover payment gateway charges.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to absolutely love what you receive! Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

Manufacturing Defect: We request you to make an unboxing video and if your item arrives with a defect, let us know within 48 hours of receiving it.

Item Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
If your return is approved, you’ll need to send the item back at your own shipping cost. Once we receive and verify it, we’ll send you either a replacement or will refund your money.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

Manufacturing or Product Defects: Report any defect within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing twinklefashionin@gmail.com.

New Order Requirement: To complete your exchange, you’ll simply place a new order on our website once the original is returned and approved.
